SELLER REPRESENTATION
As a seller’s agent, we utilize a focused marketing plan to sell your home for the highest possible price in the shortest period of time. We understand the value and importance of communication and keep you, the seller, informed and updated on the progress of the sale of your home. The initial process begins with a professional analysis of your property and a marketing plan tailored to each individual property. BUYER REPRESENTATION
We assist you as buyer’s agents during the entire purchase process which begins with a meeting to detail the necessary steps for purchasing your new home. We also provide you with a Wilson Group Buyer’s Manual that contains a step by step guide that will give you the information you will need to complete your transaction. We are with you all the way from initial pre-qualification to closing and beyond.
