Selling a home is an exciting and emotional event that requires individualized attention.  With this in mind, I work with each homeowner to create the best marketing plan to fit their specific needs.  I provide expertise from the listing price to the settlement statement.  As your REALTOR®, I will utilize a focused marketing plan to sell your home for the highest possible price in the shortest period of time.  The process begins with a professional analysis of your property and then developing a marketing plan tailored to each individual property.  I understand the value and importance of communication, and keep you, the client, informed and updated on the progress of the sale of your home.


Advertising is an ongoing process.  I utilize as many methods as are necessary to ensure continuous exposure of your home until it is sold.  I will begin by comprehensively photographing your home to show off every important feature.  Quality and quantity are important to give online viewers the “whole picture” to build interest and generate showings.  Online exposure will be maximized by placing a comprehensive listing on www.RealTracs.com, our local Multiple Listing Service.  This exposure will be expanded to a national level with placement on sites such as www.REALTOR.com, Craigslist, Visual Tour, Zillow.com, Trulia and YouTube.  REALTOR® previews will be held to increase exposure to potential buyers.  Most importantly I will place a yard sign at the street to ensure exposure to everyone driving by.

If you are considering buying a home I will assist you as your buyer’s agent during the entire purchase process.  I will start by sitting down with you and detailing the steps necessary to purchase your new home.  I will be with you as your advocate from initial pre-qualification to closing and beyond.  It is important to realize that you, the buyer, deserve the same level of representation as the seller throughout the entire real estate transaction.  As a member of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) I am dedicated to understanding homebuyers’ perspectives and am committed to helping you achieve a successful transaction.

  • June 2007 attended Dan Mohr Real Estate School of Greensboro, North Carolina.  Completed 75 Hour course required for North Carolina Real Estate Commission Licensing exam.  Licensed as a Provisional Broker in August 2008.
  • May 2009 attended Continual Learning Institute of Nashville, Tennessee.  Completed 90 Hour course required for Tennessee Real Estate Commission Licensing exam.  Licensed as an Affiliate Broker in August 2009.
